Dat is 4 years old and comes from generations of poverty.
His grandparents are homeless.
His parents are homeless.
And, well, I'm sure you can see the trend.
Trung is also 4 years old. He lives in River Boat #2, about 5 miles away from Dat's place.
A group of homeless people have made a community for themselves of boats
tied to the river bank.
They fish the river and collect trash off the water to make money.
On average, they live off of $3 a day.
